Shipping, Returns & Exchanges.
We ship all orders USPS using U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping within the United States only. Shipments to ALASKA AND HAWAII may require additional money for Postage and Handling.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 72 hours, pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed Friday after 12 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
In the event that you receive the wrong product(s) due to a company error, the correct item(s) will be reshipped free of charge. On occasion, we may ask that you return the wrong item(s) back to us, and you will be reimbursed for all shipping costs related to the return.
In the event that you did not receive your package at all due to postal or company error, we will provide a one-time reshipment via UPS or USPS Priority with tracking information free of charge.
If you did not receive your package due to your mistake or misinformation, we will do a reshipment via UPS or USPS Priority but a reshipping fee prior will be assessed prior to your package being shipped out. The reshipping fee is actual postage costs plus any restocking fees that may be incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and no returned merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 business days from receipt of the order.
Upon written authorization, any return or exchange must be postmarked within 10 business days of the written authorization date.
Products must be returned in unopened and unused condition, and in their original packaging with the seal unbroken.
We will apply the credit to your original payment method for the merchandise amount only. No shipping costs will be refunded. Normal shipping rates apply for any reshipments.
All digital product sales are FINAL SALES. No exceptions will be made.
